Hey guys!! It has been such a long time since I've last posted, but I've just been so busy! A LOT of stuff has been going on, and I just returned from a trip to Udaipur, the City Of Lakes😍
I'm gonna be honest, when I first realized that I was going to Udaipur, I was NOT very excited. I felt like that city only had Palaces and stuff, and they're all pretty much the same anyways. If you've seen one, you've seen them all:-D
This, however, changed COMPLETELY as soon as I entered the City. The atmosphere itself was so different and electric. The city had such a unique vibe. The past mixed with the present there and created the most beautiful combination. That city is one of those places where love really is in the air. The entire city had a romantic feel about it. It was the kind of place that refused to let you feel lonely. The lights, the sights, the scents, the tourists, all of it made you feel as if you had entered a different world. I had never felt anything like it ever before.
There were tourists from all over the world, and so many choices on what to do, what to eat, where to go,etc. Everybody was fascinated by this city. I had so many wonderful experiences there. The boat ride on Lake Pichola during Sunset was spectacular. The view was so amazing and everything was so peaceful. I felt happy, which is pretty rare;)
Anothing wonderful experience was dining at a restaurant with a view of the lake. The food was great, and the place was so comfy and nice that I felt totally content. It was so comfortable that I actually felt sleep:-P
The best place I visited, however, was this cafe in the Old part of Udaipur ( The old part has streets that are so narrow that we couldn't go there using a car!!) The cafe was in a building in a corner. It was difficult to find the building, but once we found it, we had absolutely no regrets. The food was awesome with one of the best views ever. The entire atmosphere was so chilled out and cool. I felt as if I was in a movie. The cheerful sunlight, the waves in the lake, the smell of food being cooked - all of that would've made anybody fall in love with that place❤️.
I was sad to leave Udaipur, but who wouldn't? Atleast I have those wonderful memories! That's all for now guys!
P.S. - Hee are some of the photos I clicked of the views I saw. Take a look!!
